Style noun 1 a manner of doing something: different styles of management. 2 a distinctive appearance, typically determined by the principles according to which something is designed: the pillars are no exception to the general style. 3 elegance and sophistication: a sophisticated nightspot with style and taste. Sure the dictionary definition is a bore but it is diverse in its meaning which is exactly what style should be, diverse. No two people are the same so your style shouldn't be expected to be the same as the next person. Therefore it is quite important to know your style, understand what you are about and express it through your ensembles. Walking through the lovely streets of New York is always an adventure, especially when you observe the different types of fashion.
