Attack of the #MySpaceZombie

In 2008 I came up with the concept of Kidz 'r E.V.i.l. It was an informative blog aimed at making a mockery of society using current events & pop culture. To my surprise what started out as a joke turned out to be successful in its own right. I took it down to optimize it for social media giant Twitter, & this is where the headache began. I don't think any of us could prepare our selves for what was about to happen....a full scale #MySpaceZOMBIE INVASION was about to take place.

Twitter is SOMETHING else I tell you ! I haven't noticed how it was dumbing my audience & I down until I started writing again. For all those that don't know twitter is a micro-blog where you post 140 character thoughts (tweets). You can also re-post a thought from friends your following etc. Point is when you have a BIG thought and your squeezing it down to 140 characters, it takes talent but this talent turns into a bad habit. Sooner than later I noticed in real life that I was actually TALKING in 140 characters ! Yes ! I had a total "wtf" moment when I realized this, especially when I noticed others were doing it as well. Yikes !

Remember when AIM got big and people started to say "brb" & "lol" in person ? You don't think thats scary ?! Thats like some #skynet sh*t ! Computers and technology as a whole have become so deeply embedded in our lives that we don't even know how to interact outside the computer.

"You removed me from your Top 8 ? Ugh ! I hate you, you...WHORE !" and there goes a 5 year friendship out the window because of MySpace !
